These practices are produced within the context of the neighborhood that houses the project, together with artists, writers, collectives, neighbors and other organizations. PCM is a space of political reflection on a variety of subjects (art, institutionality, pedagogy, the city), whose epicenter for thought is its own location within a central area of the former colonial city, which is currently undergoing a major process of transformation.
